Delivery and Shipping Costs

When selecting products from DiamondTreeJewellery.com.au, the postage cost is calculated automatically by the weight of your chosen products. This includes all cost of the postage and handling. This does not include insurance for your goods.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services may differ. This is subject to rules and regulations determined by the shire council and or the particular branch of Australia Post you are dealing with. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

All of Diamond Tree Jewellery Enterprises' goods are available at time of purchase. If by any reason you purchased products that are out of stock they can be placed on back order. In the event that your selected items are a limited addition or deleted line we will regrettably inform you via preferred contact details.

Insurance and Goods Tracking

When you purchase an item you will automatically receive goods tracking through Australia Air Express. When you receive your confirmation email you will be given a tracking code which you can enter into the Australia Air Express website www.aae.com.au.

Insurance and Goods Tracking provided by Australia Air Express will cover any loss or damage up to $100.00.

When sending your mail with Australia Post you can nominate if you would like to take out Insurance and Goods Tracking. If so you will be given this code when you receive your confirmation email. Enter your tracking code at www.australiapost.com.au.
