Prices are listed in Australian Dollars, and all prices include GST.

Payment methods

There are many payment methods that can be used to place your order with Diamond Tree Jewellery. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), by electronic bank transfer or by Australian money order or Australian bank cheque.

You can provide your payment information by your preferred method from these options:

  • You can place your order online using your credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard)
  • You can place your order online with payment by Bank Transfer
  • You can place your order online and then telephone or fax your credit card details to us. 
  • You can telephone us to place your order by phone (with payment by any of these payment methods). 
  • You can contact us to arrange payment by Australian bank cheque or Australian money order. 
  • You can contact us (phone or Email) to place a lay-by order.

When an international order is placed, the relevant currency conversion will be performed as at the time of debiting of your credit card by your credit card issuing bank. Your credit card issuing bank performs the currency conversion based on their own currency conversion rate.

What happens when you order

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order within 24 hours of placement of the order.

When you receive your order will depend upon:

  • Your order payment clearing
  • Stock availability: whether we have your product in stock (in your size); and
  • The delivery method that you selected.

Stock availability

If your order is approved and we have your product in stock (in your size) we will ship the product to you within a few days using your chosen delivery method. For the delivery options and time frames please see our Delivery & Shipping options.

If we do not have your product in stock (in your size) we will manufacture it for you and e-mail you to let you know the manufacture time.

Estimated stock availability and manufacture time frames are included on each product page under the heading 'stock availability'.

Specific Required Dates

If you would like your product by a specified date please include that date in the 'comments' section of the order form. (E.g. wedding date or birthday date). If you require your order by a specified date we suggest you place your order as early as possible to ensure that you allow for any manufacture time that may be needed.
